Rolling in the Dough: Creative Concoctions for Learning

Playdough is one of those early childhood activities that never seems to get old and experimenting with different recipes (from cloud dough to silly putty to kinetic sand and more) just adds to the fun!  Beyond the joy and sensory satisfaction that children have when they engage with these substances, opportunities for learning abound.  Join us to explore how to make a variety of recipes and how these types of activities promote development across all the domains—as well as exploring the tools and loose parts you can add to mix!

At the end of class you will receive a certificate for 2 clock hours of instructor-led training and an optional 1 hour self-study that you can take home take to complete.
